We’re equally curious about what grows here. We work with carefully selected juices, native Australian fruits and botanicals to create combinations that are balanced, fun and sometimes a little surprising.

What are Cubos?
Cubos are edible cocktail cubes: a cocktail set into a single jelly cube you eat in one or two bites. Each one is made by hand in Sydney with premium spirits, fresh juices and native Australian botanicals, and finished with its own hand-crafted design.
Do Cubos contain alcohol?
Yes. Cubos are made with real spirits and contain alcohol, so they are only for people aged 18 and over.
What flavours do you make?
Our range covers classic cocktails, twisted classics and original recipes built on native Australian ingredients such as finger lime, lemon aspen and quandong. We also create custom flavours for events and brands.
Can you make Cubos for my event?
Yes. We create bespoke menus of Cubos for private events, from birthdays and engagements to weddings and launches. Every order is made to order. Email info@cubos.com.au with your date, guest numbers and ideas.
Do you work with brands?
Yes. We make custom Cubos for brand activations, product launches and collaborations, with flavours and designs built around your brand.
